My Milk is the UK’s first provider to offer a freeze-dried breastmilk storage solution. It’s been created by mums to help other families preserve their breast milk in a safe, simple and thoughtful way.
We know how precious every drop is. Whether you’re returning to work, preparing for childcare, travelling, building a back-up supply, or simply wanting more flexibility in your feeding journey. Our service is designed to make the process feel calm and supported from start to finish.
Once you choose your package, we’ll send you a specialist shipping kit designed to help keep your frozen breast milk protected while it travels to us using a trusted courier service. Packages will be based on the volume or weight of breastmilk you would like us to preserve.
When your breastmilk arrives at our facility, it is carefully logged and processed in line with our handling procedures. Your breastmilk remains individually logged throughout the process, so your supply is handled with care from arrival to return.
We then begin the freeze-drying process, which gently removes the water from your breastmilk. Once complete, your preserved breastmilk is packed into sealed My Milk mylar pouches and returned to you with clear instructions on how to store and reconstitute it when needed.
Unopened pouches are designed to offer long-term storage for up to three years when stored correctly. Once a mylar pouch is opened, the contents should be used within three days.

Please note: All breastmilk being freeze-dried must be in a frozen state and must have been frozen for more than 48 hours before being shipped.
